  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
  • 4-5 mozzarella balls
  • Balsamic cream sauce

How to Make the Best Avocado Toast

Toast the bread to your desired level of crispiness.

Cut it in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until it's smooth and creamy. Add the chopped basil to the mashed avocado and mix well.
