Recipe Ingredients
½ red onion
10 charred tomatoes
100 g arugula
200 g stracciatella cheese
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
4 tsp olive oil
1 tsp wine vinegar
20 g pine nuts
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Dressing Preparation
